Overall, the course provides a comprehensive experience that not only teaches dance techniques but also deepens understanding and appreciation of Greek culture.

  • Participants will not only learn these dances but also have the opportunity to showcase their skills at various events throughout the season. This provides a platform for them to celebrate Greek culture through performance, sharing their passion and dedication with others. Our goal is to foster a deep appreciation for Greek dances, music, and traditional costumes, enriching the cultural experience for all involved.

  • Our programs are designed to offer structured learning experiences that not only teach the art of Greek dance but also foster a sense of community and appreciation for Greek culture. Whether you're taking your first steps in dance or seeking to enhance your skills, our classes provide a supportive environment where participants can thrive and grow. We look forward to welcoming new members to our expanding community of Greek dance enthusiasts!

  • In addition to traditional dances, the curriculum also includes modern suites that showcase the evolution and contemporary interpretations of Greek dance. This combination allows participants to develop a well-rounded understanding of Greek dance forms, from their historical roots to their modern-day expressions.

  • We take great pride in offering the most extensive Greek dance lessons per season, with over 35 scheduled lessons that span various regions of Greece. Our program ensures a comprehensive exploration of Greek dance traditions, covering diverse styles and techniques.

  • We provide a diverse range of programs tailored for dancers of all levels and age groups, catering specifically to beginners, intermediates, and advanced dancers aged 4-18. Our recently introduced adult program, which began in January 2023, has been tremendously successful. Due to popular demand, we are excited to announce the expansion of this program to include a new group for adults aged 25-35 starting this September 2024!

Traditional Costumes

  • We have been fortunate to have a selection of costumes to help bring our performances together. Currently we have over 100 pieces all brought infrom various parts of Greece.

  • We cannot thank Pronoia enough for their support in making this a reality for not only our oldest groups, but also our youngest groups.

  • Thank you to our Cultural Department team for continuing to keep our costumes clean, repaired, organized and ready for performances.
